A stylic design for that special occasion, perfect for a new year or a nicer party where you want something nice and classy and don’t want your nail to stick out to much

I started with a golden base and added a black diagonal line, to ease up the effect and add depth I added a silver line on both sides of the black line. If wanted something even more subtle you could have made the black line even thinner with applying the silver line onto the black line covering part of it. But I like it this way.

Start with a dark green base. Let dry a little and then add lots of think yellow strips from a centerpoint of the nail and outwords forming the sunflower. Use at least so shades or colors to get some deepth, I use a yellow and then I added some gold petals as well. When done add the center of the flower with a brown or black dot.

I and just had sunflowers on every second nail and then just straight gold stripes on the other nails. That’s one way to get a faster design to only have few of the nails with detailed works on and it also gives a change in the design.
A broken thumbnail don’t get me to cut down the rest of the nail but is left to grow out again.
